Copy of a statement, signed in Madrid, September 10, 1789, by Lt. Colonel Juan Francisco Solano, authorizing attorneys for the Real Consejo, Domingo Gómez Serrano, Francisco Marín, and Felipe Santiago Gallo; and special notaries Antonio Rodríguez Vizoso and Mathías Terradillos, to act on his behalf in all legal matters such as lawsuits, petitions, requests, protests, and judicial appearances. The copy was made and notarized by Don Ignacio de Salaya in Madrid on September 11, 1789.
